EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Le Bain Couture's exchange and return policy is very flexible and easy. You can request an exchange of your order within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, receiving an exchange voucher to use on any product on the website, valid for up to thirty (30) days, or return the item and request refund of the amount in the same form of payment used at the time of closing the purchase within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
Carrying out any of the procedures is very easy! Just follow the step-by-step instructions below:

Exchange/return conditions:
Please note the following points before requesting an exchange/return:
Pieces purchased in the OUTLET category can ONLY be returned through our website;
Keep Le Bain Couture labels and seals intact and attached to the product;
The return shipment must be packed in a box suitable for shipping and properly sealed - We suggest that you use the same PARDA box where the order was sent. If you no longer have this box, you can send it in any transport-resistant box.
Returns of used or washed items, with odors, stains or with any alterations made by the customer (e.g. hem adjustment, etc.) will not be accepted;
The DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) or a copy must necessarily accompany the product inside the packaging, with the justification for the return noted on the back;
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) returned do not meet the criteria above.
In this case, Le Bain Couture is exempt from accepting the return and will return the product to you without prior consultation.
Forms of Refund:
WORTH EXCHANGES
It is linked to your CPF and is valid for 30 (thirty) days. It can be used to purchase any products available in the store, as follows:
Order value greater than the value of the exchange voucher: when completing the order, you can pay the difference with any of the payment options available in the online store.
Order value lower than the exchange value: you can use the difference (balance) in other purchases in the Online Store, using the same code at the time of closing the purchase, within the remaining period until the voucher expires.
Order value equal to the value of the exchange voucher: if the purchase was paid in full with the exchange voucher, confirmation of payment for your order will occur within 3 (three) business days.
If you wish to cancel your exchange voucher, the value of your order will be refunded based on the payment method chosen at the time of checkout. If your purchase was paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded. If you paid for your order by bank slip, we will deposit the amount into your current account.
If you placed an order with an exchange voucher and needed to cancel it for any reason, contact us via email comercial@lebaincouture.com.br and we will reactivate the voucher for you!
VALUE COVERAGE
According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, if you regret your purchase, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the merchandise to request a return for an exchange voucher or refund of the amount paid.
If you paid for your order with a credit card and requested a refund of the amount paid, we will refund it directly to your card.
As soon as the returned product returns to our stock and undergoes quality analysis, we will send a refund request to your credit card administrator, who will carry out the procedure in up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices.
REFUND OF VALUE
If you paid for your order by bank slip and requested a refund of the amount paid, we will carry out a DOC on the order holder's current account. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the CPF of the person making the purchase.
When requesting a return, you must provide your bank details. Once your order returns to our distribution center and undergoes quality analysis, the DOC will be carried out within 15 (fifteen) business days.
Important informations:
Credit card – The refund is the responsibility of the card administrator used. The full amount will be refunded even if the purchase was paid in installments. Shipping will also be reimbursed. Remembering that the deadline for viewing the refund can take up to 60 days or two invoices according to the rules of the card operators.
Purchase voucher - You can also choose to receive a shopping voucher, which can be used to purchase products of equal or greater value to the original exchange product, in a single purchase.
